Muntanga Lindunda
Muntanga Lindunda is the Chief Executive Officer of the Zambia Association of Manufacturers (ZAM), where she leads strategic efforts to accelerate Zambia’s industrial growth, strengthen local value chains, and advocate for a competitive, resilient manufacturing sector. With over 15 years of experience in economic development, investment promotion, and private sector engagement, she brings a cross-cutting perspective on how energy access, local content, and policy reform can jointly drive inclusive industrial transformation.
At ZAM, Muntanga represents Zambia’s manufacturing sector in high-level policy dialogue and market linkages with stakeholders in mining, energy, retail, and government. She is particularly focused on helping manufacturers become more competitive through improved access to affordable and reliable energy, as well as advocating for energy efficiency, clean energy adoption as a pathway to productivity, cost savings, and climate resilience.
Muntanga is a key voice in positioning manufacturers not just as energy consumers, but as critical partners in shaping energy policy, investment priorities, and green industrialisation strategies.
