Chabuka Jerome Kawesha

Chabuka an Independent Consultant, is a Private Sector Development promoter and Corporate Governance advisor. He’s the current Chairperson for the Lusaka International Arbitration Centre (LIAC) and Vice President (Southern Africa) – Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI). He is also member of the current Zambia Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI) Board and its Immediate Past President (IPP) as well as Immediate Past Chairperson (IPC) for Zambia Private Sector Alliance (ZPSA).

His professional accreditations include Civil & Commercial Mediator and Arbitrator; He trained as a mediator at Stellenbosch University, South Africa in 2008. In 2009, he trained and got accreditation as a Mediator – Court Annexed Mediation under the Judiciary in Zambia before proceeding for his arbitration programme.
