Alpha Mwale is the CEO of Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company Ltd a company jointly owned by Argua Imara of Norway and Wanda Gorge Investments of Zambia. He has 19 years of experience in the Electricity industry. Before joining LHPC, he worked for Copperbelt Energy Corporation, rising from Engineer Asset Management and Maintenance to Snr. Business Development Manager for Zambia and Congo-DRC. Over the years, Alpha has been involved in various technical and regulatory working groups in Zambia and at the Southern Africa Power pool. He holds a BEng. Electrical Engineering from Copperbelt University and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town GSB. He is a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) and Chairs the audit committee.
