Rodgers K. Muyangwa

Rodgers K. Muyangwa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and an MBA. He has 20 years’ experience in energy regulation, electricity cost of service studies, tariff reviews and tariff setting.  He has also lead teams in the development and implementation of Utility key performance Indicators and performance audits. He is currently serving as Senior Manager Research and Pricing.   

He is a core team member on sector reforms leading to the open access and new market structure design launched in February 2025. He has been closely involved in the development of various regulatory instruments and frameworks currently in use.
