TALENT DUMA

talent Duma is an experienced electrical technologist with a focus on energy efficiency, demand response, and solar PV/battery storage systems. She has managed R&D projects at CSIR and now oversees energy efficiency portfolios at SANEDI, supporting energy supply-demand balancing.

Her research interests include DSM, BESS, electricity pricing, and system optimization. She holds an MPhil in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Science from the University of Johannesburg (Cum Laude, 2024) and is passionate about promoting green energy solutions.

Talent is also a two-time Young Energy Professional award winner from the AEE.
