Neil Cole

Neil Cole is a strategic leader with extensive experience in public financial management, budgeting, and economic integration. He serves as Executive Secretary of the Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI) and previously held key roles in the South African National Treasury, including Head of Expenditure Planning.

Neil’s expertise includes reforming budget systems and promoting fiscal transparency across Africa. He has also contributed to global development forums, shaping aid effectiveness policies and has a strong background in public administration.
