Murendeni Matshinyatsimbi

Murendeni Matshinyatsimbi leads the Renewable Energy portfolio at Sibanye-Stillwater, an international precious metals company. With over 14 years of experience, he has developed expertise in consulting and managing renewable energy projects across the SADC region, including engineering design, project management, Power Purchase Agreement negotiations, and business development.

Murendeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and is registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He is also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) and serves on the EIUG council.
