Claude Peters

Claude is an accomplished director with experience in South Africa and the UK, focused on sustainable clean energy development. He spent 16 years in Europe managing businesses before joining RenEnergy UK in 2011.

Returning to South Africa in 2012, he launched RenEnergy Africa, thriving in the evolving solar industry. After 13 years, RenEnergy International was acquired by Aggreko to enhance its renewable energy capabilities. Claude’s focus is on accelerating decentralised solar generation, storage, and energy wheeling. Passionate about community, he aims to leverage SAPVIA’s potential to benefit local communities and drive industry progress.
